L&B has recently rolled out a new service for our client. We are taking advantage of the internet and its convenience and provide customized client portals. The portals are used to effectively organize and provide reports and news to our clients in a timely and convenient manner. We have overcome the common barriers of many email systems that reject large attachments, and instead, have adopted a "pull" philosophy. Clients are automatically notified when new reports are posted and can easily link into a secure portal to retrieve or review information on their portfolio. In addition, L&B has adopted technology internally to enhance real-time communication. We have an excellent training facility and utilize it in order to promote maximum efficiency on our systems. We have adopted an ASP approach to using an integrated Accounting, GL, Commercial Lease Management system called CTI, which enables us to better use our resources in order to provide a higher level of expertise.

L&B embraces new technology. We are constantly reviewing and adapting as our technology needs grow and are always looking to streamline our business through process automation, imaging and other technology.
